Bertha Maes Brownies

Located in Sherman Oaks, California, I first heard about Bertha Maes through Milkandeggs.com Milk and Eggs had a huge food influencer event and I was able to try Bertha Maes there first and have been ordering these products once a month ever since. I love them! Bertha Mae was kind enough to send me 4 different products to sample and review. Click on to each of the below pictures to see what I thought about each of the products.

Bertha Mae was a real woman who lived over 100 years ago. The base of the brownies is her original recipe and has been passed down 3 generations to her great grand daughter who now owns this company. For more of the awesome story check out their website.

All of Bertha Maes products are baked to order using natural ingredients. They don't use preservatives and they are never frozen. With that being said, once ordered you can freeze these baked goods as they taste delicious even after thawing. A general rule of thumb is that the cookies and bread loaves will last 1 to 1.5 weeks in the refridgerator and the brownies will last 2 to 3 weeks. As long as you properly seal the products they can last up to a month in the freezer.

My problem is that I love these baked goods too much to ever let them get to the freezer stage. I pretty much consume within a day. I love Bertha Mae and I will be eating these brownies for as long as they make them.
