Orange Mango Margaritas


1 cup pureed fresh or frozen mango

4 oz. orange juice, plus more for lining rim

3 oz. silver tequila

1 oz. Triple Sec

1 oz. fresh lime juice

Tajín chili-lime seasoning, for lining rim

Mint for garnish


In a shaker, combine ice, the mango puree, orange juice, tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice. Blend until puréed. Add a splash of orange juice to a plate with edges. Add the Tajín seasoning to a second plate with edges so that it coats the entire surface. Dip the rims of the serving glasses in the orange juice then immediately in the Tajín. Strain and pour into margarita glasses. Garnish with lime and mint and serve immediately.
